Lawyerly was co-founded by siblings Jackie and JJ, who have been collaborating for over 20 years to find new ways to innovate within the legal sector. Their joint efforts have helped develop practical solutions that address complex legal challenges.
Jackie began her career as a lawyer before transitioning to Futures Studies, where she earned both a Master’s and a PhD. Her research focused on how legal frameworks shape societal changes and future developments. Recognised as one of the top 5 women in LegalTech, Jackie has received awards for her contributions to alternative dispute resolution and innovation in the field.
JJ began his journey in law, later enhancing his expertise with a Master’s in Corporate Law and an MBA. His drive to blend technology with legal services led him to pursue a Master’s in Applied Data Science. Focusing on data to deepen understanding and improve legal processes, JJ has spearheaded innovative projects that use technology to transform legal services.
